Martin Riedel, Walldorf, Germany
Global Head of the Upgrade Office & Senior VP, SAP AG
Mr. Riedel is back in Australia for the SAUG Summit 2009. The Upgrade Expert joined SAP in 2006 as member of the SAP Corporate Consulting Team. In October 2006 he was appointed Global Head of the Upgrade Office as Senior Vice President. Prior to SAP, he was an Associate Principle with McKinsey focusing on business processes as IT topics and between 1994 – 2004, Mr. Riedel was CIO of Fresenius AG. Martin will join us to discuss how to manage the complex environment in upgrades.
Kenneth Hierman, Orlando, Florida
Finance Manager, The Walt Disney Company
Mr. Hierman is currently the manager of reporting and security for the theme parks and resorts segment of the Walt Disney Company. He has been with the Walt Disney Company for 12 years, managing the finance reporting side of SAP for the past 5 years. His responsibilities include managing both SAP BW reporting and the segment rollout of the integration between SAP BW and Business Objects. Kenn will join us to exhange views on the recent implementation of Business Objects connectivity to the Walt Disney Company’s SAP BW system.

Mr. Rowley has created and managed large IT organisations in USA, Asia and Europe for global leaders such as Tetra Pak and Silicon Graphics. He brings particular expertise in Business Transformation, Business Governance of IT, Business process design and implementation, large scale SAP package program implementations, and IT cost management and productivity improvement. He was honored to be an SAP Summit Singapore Keynote Speaker in 2008 and the winner of the Gartner BI Excellence Award in 2009. Christopher will explain to you how BT process aligns IT with business and how to be successful in BI projects.
Jeffrey Word, Palo Alto, California
Vice President of Product Strategy, SAP AG
Mr. Word is responsible for defining and communicating SAP’s future product strategy and fostering product innovation inside SAP. He is also the director of the Center for Business Network Transformation which conducts thought leadership and research activities into the next generation of network-driven competitive dynamics. He is the co-author of the bestselling book SAP NetWeaver for Dummies. Jeffrey has more than 15 years’ experience in business consulting and IT strategy and joined SAP in 2000. His keynote will discuss Business Network Transformation.
