Phil Gleadhill, Australia PostPhil is the Principal SAP Technical Architect Australia Post. Previously Phil spent 3 years as an IT Strategy Architect for SAP at BHP Billiton in Melbourne. Phil's previous full time experience with SAP solutions extends back some 14 years, including 7 years consulting experience with SAP Australia, with Hewlett-Packard, Coopers & Lybrand, and also as an independent. Phil's first exposure to SAP came as Australia's second SAP R/3 customer, Kemcor Australia, (now Qenos).Originally qualifying with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemistry, Phil also holds tertiary qualifications and experience in Education and Information Technology. His IT experience dates back to 1990.Phil is a keen golfer, loves water sports, and likes to travel (but not for business!).Phil sees SAUG as being able to provide great ongoing value for the SAP Customer Community through knowledge sharing, networking, education and collaboration. He is currently the SAUG secretary
Paul Hawking, Victoria UniversityPaul is a senior lecturer in Information Systems at Victoria University. The University has been a partner of SAP since 1999 involving teaching SAP solutions in their curriculum and conducting ERP related research. Paul’s role at the University involves strategic management of this partnership. Paul has been involved with the SAUG for 8 years, he has held the positions of Chairperson, Research & Education and Knowledge Transfer. He has represented the Group at the ASUG conferences. Paul’s active role on the User Group Committee involves researching and setting the content items for our events. This includes the coordinating of the agenda for the SAUG Summit, Plenaries and web casts. Paul is currently the SAUG Vice-Chair.
Chris Enstock, FujitsuChris works for Fujitsu Australia Limited, as a Senior Consultant in the Enterprise Solutions business unit. He is a specialist in SAP NetWeaver with over 8 years experience in NetWeaver architecture and its usage types (Enterprise Portal, KMC, AS-Java, BI-Java). He is a currently active in the eSOA working group helping to develop the customer service offering and solution landscapes in this area. Chris Enstock in based in Brisbane, QLD.

A founder of Everjoy Consulting specializing in the recruitment of SAP professionals, Adrian has an extensive breadth of knowledge across SAP projects and technologies being implemented to customers across Australia and New Zealand.Identifying the need for greater information sharing within the SAP community, Adrian also founded Inside SAP Magazine, aimed at allowing the industry to have a dedicated source of the latest project and product news across Australia.
